Car Culture is a Hot Wheels Premium line, the higher grade range, sold in themed sets built around a style of car or driving. Mattel lists Car Culture cars as 1:64, about one sixty-fourth real size, with a metal body and metal base, shown on the card as Metal/Metal, and Real Riders, two-piece wheels with rubber tyres.
